2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds [£] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase via bank transfers.
     

  • Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.
     

  • Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
     

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

3. Limited Editions, Authenticity & NFTs

  • Our fine art prints are available in limited editions, ensuring exclusivity and rarity. Some prints are hand-embellished, making each piece unique.
     

  • Sculptures and other original artworks are one-of-a-kind, sold as standalone pieces with no reproductions.
     

  • Fine art on canvas and other materials may also be offered as unique, standalone pieces.
     

  • Each limited-edition print or original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity.
     

  • NFTs are minted on the blockchain, verifying originality and ownership.
     

  • Purchasing an NFT grants ownership of the digital token but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
     

  • NFT transactions are final and non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain technology.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be communicated via email as part of the personalised purchasing process.
     

  • Estimated delivery times will be discussed and confirmed via email, though delays may occur due to external factors.
     

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
     

  • If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
     

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund it.
     

  • Digital products (NFTs) are non-refundable due to blockchain permanence.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, images, and digital assets sold through Electric Art Gallery remain the intellectual property of their respective artists.
     

  • Purchasing a physical or digital piece does not grant reproduction rights unless explicitly stated.
     

  • Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution
