Additional Fees
In addition to the product price, customers are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for international orders. Shipping is complimentary worldwide and included in the final quoted price.

Order Process & Expiration

• Orders are confirmed via email after selection.​

• Payment must be completed within 3 days of order confirmation (via bank transfer).​

• If payment is not received, the order may expire and items returned to availability.

 

Delivery & Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 days. Shipping is free worldwide. If delays occur, we will notify you. For bank transfer payments, orders will be shipped approximately 7 - 10 days after payment confirmation.

• Personalised shipping estimates are provided via email.

• Delays may occur due to production, artist availability, or external factors—we will notify you promptly.​

• Worldwide shipping is available; buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees.

Returns, Exchanges & Defective Items​

• Physical artworks/prints: We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after order confirmation unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Contact us **within 3 days** of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• For verified defects or errors on our part, we will provide a replacement (or refund where applicable) **at our discretion**.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover shipping fees for returns, even in cases of verified defects.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund promptly.

Note: In jurisdictions with statutory consumer rights (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off for distance sales or mandatory remedies for defective goods), these rights may apply in addition to our policy — contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Digital certificates of authenticity (NFTs): Once minted and transferred to the collector’s wallet, blockchain certificates of authenticity are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

Electric Art Gallery does not sell NFTs as standalone products. Blockchain tokens are issued solely as certificates of authenticity and provenance for artworks purchased.

We are not liable for third-party courier delays, losses, or damages during outbound or return shipping.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All artworks, images, limited-edition prints, sculptures and digital assets remain the intellectual property of the respective artists.

• Purchase grants ownership of the specific artwork and its associated authenticity token, but does not transfer copyright, reproduction, or commercial usage rights unless explicitly stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages, losses, delays, or issues caused by third-party services (couriers, payment processors, blockchain networks, etc.). Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith but without guarantee of error-free accuracy.

Governing Law & Disputes
These terms (and your purchase) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes should first be addressed amicably via contact with us.
